1. About us
Fresh Berry Trading W.L.L is a fresh produce importer, wholesaler, distributor and retailer operating in Qatar, with our office at Office No. 3, Building 19, Zone 26, Street 894, Najma, Doha, Qatar.
2. Products and orders
We import, wholesale and distribute premium fresh fruits, vegetables and berries. Product availability, varieties and pricing may vary based on seasonality and supply. Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability, and minimum order requirements may apply and will be confirmed at the time of quotation.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are quoted in Qatari Riyal (QAR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment terms are agreed individually with each client at the time of account setup, and an invoice is issued for every order.
4. Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within the timeframes agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery areas and any associated charges will be confirmed at the time of quotation. Fresh Berry Trading W.L.L is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Product quality and returns
Given the perishable nature of fresh produce, any quality concerns must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or credit.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or amended by contacting our team as early as possible before the scheduled delivery. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
